Our founder, Ryan MacDermott, started RJM Landscape with a simple belief: landscaping should put people first. After hearing countless frustrations from homeowners — missed calls, hidden costs, and unmet expectations — he knew there was a better way. Inspired by the principle that “the essence of life is in relationships”, RJM Landscape was born on two core principles: quality and people.
