  • Clients will receive communication regarding delays, rescheduling, or project changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Secure pets, gates, and outdoor belongings

  • Notify us of underground utilities or hazards

We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed hazards or unsafe site conditions.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

7. Warranties

RJM Landscape provides limited warranties on:

  • Hardscape installation workmanship

  • Plantings and installed materials (subject to watering, care, and environmental factors)

We do not guarantee plant survival affected by weather, pests, improper maintenance, or neglect.

8. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by hidden utilities, wiring, irrigation, or underground obstacles

  • Pre-existing property issues

  • Weather-related delays or damage

  • Misuse, lack of maintenance, or customer negligence

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
